I wish they could take a step back and kinda realise that all the iconic stuff that they worship and prophesise about was definitely just as bad if not worse, than the stuff coming out today, which they freely hate on. I hear and understand people taking offence from Agitator’s slut shaming, but how come no one mentioned Whitechapel (Vicer Exciser among others) or Deez Nuts (“can’t make a hoe a housewife etc.) or any other band’s slut shaming? Equally, how come no one has brought up iconic punk band “The Mongoloids” for their slightly questionable name? By no means am I advocating anti-feminist views, or taking a stance in general. I’m just curious of other people’s opinions.
